We are all born knowing who we are. Every child knows who s/he is from the moment s/he is born. That’s why children laugh and play so much. It’s who they are! It’s who we all are!

As each of us has grown up, we’ve forgotten the core essence of who we are. Somewhere in our 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and beyond, we started asking, “Who am I, really?” “Why am I here?” What is my purpose?”  “Something is missing. There has to be more to my life.”

 
My mission is to empower children to always remember who they are, so they do not experience the gap in identity that we have experienced. To support that mission, I created the "Who I Am" Energy Cards. They help adults remember who they are, so they can support children in being who they are. We cannot support a child being playful and full of laughter, or being powerful, creative, and joyful, if we do not embrace, or even recognize, those energies and qualities within ourselves.

In the process of sharing the "Who I Am" Energy Cards, I have come to realize that my mission of empowering children includes inner children. We all have an inner child wanting to come out and play, to be who we know we are. These cards touch that wonderful place inside. They create connection and beautiful energetic shifts in both individuals and families.
