Libby Higgins is a certified Google Awards Specialist, a Yahoo Ambassador and MSN Premium Partner. These titles really just mean that Libby can make your website “Googleable”. To put it plainly, she is a big geek who gets a kick out of making local businesses visible online.  Libby is the CEO of City Sites Inc, a website design and development company that has been creating websites since 1997. Currently, Libby is also running four local business directories:  justBurbank.com, justGlendale.com, justPasadena.com and justNorthHollywood.com, with plans to launch 10 more directories in 2010.   In 2007 Libby realized that she was one of the only internet geeks out there that spoke in clear, jargon-free English. Since then, she has been running workshops and consulting small business owners on how to use the web without getting lost in it. Libby’s mission is to help small businesses understand the secrets to internet success…so they can “Get Googled”.
