Nancy Sidoruk
Nancy I. Sidoruk is an attorney with Epsten, Grinnell & Howell, APC, where she assists homeowners associations (HOAs) and property management firms with various legal matters. The firm’s emphases includes construction defect litigation, employment law, and civil litigation.
Nancy brings common-sense business savvy and a neighborly demeanor to applying the law, because of the decade of practical business experience she received as a marketing professional in real estate and manufacturing companies. She received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and earned her law degree from the University of La Verne, where she graduated first in her class. In addition to her legal studies, Nancy received her M.B.A. from the University of Redlands, where she is a member of the Whitehead Leadership Society. She also holds a certificate in geographic information systems.
Nancy writes articles for general interest publications, such as Inland Empire Family Magazine, for which she regularly contributes to the Top 10 Heroes and Top 10 Students of the Inland Empire features. She has been honored as an Empowered Woman of Leadership, and was a 2007 nominee for FYN Sphere of Influence award. She and her husband, Peter, a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap, enjoy golf and spending time together.

I have a BS Degree in Recreation from Grambling State University,SU, and Los Angeles City College.
I have over 26 years of experience working with various types of reproductive equipment which includes microfilm, cameras, processors and duplicators. I have two years experience with developing and printing color and black and white photographs. I am a team player that is dedicated and dependable in any and every thing I do.
As a County of Riverside Technician she prints legal documents for the Law Enforcement and many documents for individuals such as births, death, marriages certificates . The County stores records for other county offices also. The County Records office is located at 2427 Gateway Dr. in Riverside across from SamClub. Drop in and see us some time.
