Thousands of business professionals for over twenty years have been expertly guided to levels of success they never thought possible by MIND MASTERS founder, Barbara Eldridge.  That’s because Barbara’s extensive leadership and management experience with nationally recognized multi-million dollar companies in her remarkable business career has made her a much sought after trainer, coach and speaker. In 1981 Barbara purchased a franchise with Success Motivation Institute that enabled her to market self-improvement programs to hundreds of business professionals. A consistently high achiever, she quickly became a member of SMI’s elite President’s Honor Club, recognizing Barbara’s excellence in sales and client service development.

More recently, companies such as MEDIFAST, Inc. have benefited from Barbara’s extraordinary expertise in the areas of sales, management, client relations, product development, marketing and systems planning.  These elements of business acumen are the solid foundation of her fifteen-year old method of supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs.  The fact that over 95% of  MIND MASTERS members see an increase in business directly related to Barbara’s program is testament in itself.  However, it is inspiration that Barbara uses gracefully to assist others in achieving their business goals combined with her sincere belief in human potential. Founded in 1991, MIND MASTERS meets with Barbara at the helm of brainstorming teams and discussions focusing on the day-to-day challenges in an ever-changing business climate.  “I founded MIND MASTERS because small business owners, working alone, needed a sounding board, a forum, a resource for their ideas.  I wanted MIND MASTERS to become their Advisory Board – a resource often not available by virtue of the fact that these are indeed ‘very small businesses’.” Barbara states enthusiastically.  For example, when Dr. Dana Pollack wanted to launch her new product THOUGHT WAVE it was Barbara’s input that made a considerable difference in the marketing approach. In fact, Barbara has been influential in the launch of over 50 such product/service launches with her MIND MASTERS approach; and over 100 businesses have reorganized, redirected and/or repositioned themselves with Barbara’s business advice and guidance.
