•       A Loving Way, A Wellness Advocacy for Children and Parents, is the avenue I utilize for sharing with other moms and dads how to connect more deeply with their children, and support their children in being who they really are. I am a Parenting and Life Coach, Speaker and Author.

•       Two years ago, I found Juice Plus+ (17 fruits and vegetables in a capsule) and found that it made such an incredible difference in my energy level and clarity, as well as contributing to the overall well-being of my kids, that I began offering to clients in my parenting practice, and it has been a marriage made in heaven!

•         Secretarial Overflow Services is my third business, and my oldest. I have had this business for more than 18 years! It allowed me to stay home and raise my children when I first became a mother. I will forever be grateful for that opportunity! In this business, I provide medical and legal transcription and paralegal support.
