Suzanne Mann, Director

Suzanne Mann* was born and raised in Great Britain, ultimately achieving a Ph.D. from The University of Cambridge. A post-doc at UCLA led her to move to the United States in the summer of 1999. Her emerging focus on academic grants & their budgets, coupled with her enthusiastic membership of an investment club led her to transition into the world of finance.

As a licensed, independent financial services specialist with Independent Capital Management, she builds in-depth, personal relationships with her clients, which include individuals, families, trusts, nonprofits & businesses.

She is one of the founding members of the ”Small Business Owners” Success Team for Southern California. This dynamic team holds workshops and one-on-one consultations for entrepreneurs and small business owners, which provide essential tools necessary for small businesses to launch and flourish.

She also hosts free seminars to women in the greater Los Angeles area entitled ”Wealth Building for Women”. The fun, interactive and informative seminars financially empower women so that they can manage their finances better and thus, ultimately achieve their goals and realize their dreams.

Her passions include empowering women and supporting environmental causes. (Yes, she drives a Prius and loves it). Her hobbies include reading classics, sewing & embroidery and chocolate (preferably European).
