My name is Karen McCarter I am the Franchise owner/President of Aloette Cosmetics in Monrovia, Ca. located at 2640 So. Myrtle Ave. #13. I been a Franchise owner since 1987. In 1991 we were #1 inUSA for achieving our first $1,000,000.00 year. We sell the most amazing Aloe Vera based skin care & cosmetics. Our skin care system is the most technologically advanced system available in the market place today. Using high quality products containing the best, vitamin-enriched ingredients, enables women to achieve radiant, beautiful and smooth skin. We offer free training to women to become Beauty Consultants. I teach skin care and make-up application. We have the best compensation plan in the direct sales industry. Most of our Beauty Consultants work part-time hours and receive full-time pay averaging around $35 to $70 an hour.  Our Aloette motto is, How old you look is your business, how young you look is my business.
