Robin
De-Ivy Allen, Speaker

 Robin De-Ivy Allen is an expert in the fields of personal and professional leadership development. She speaks to companies and organizations that seek to enhance the lives of their members and employees.  She helps them get out of their comfort zones so that they are able to create a life of passion, purpose and productivity.  She also speaks to companies and professionals that need to increase the effectiveness of their sales skills in order to close more sales and grow their business.

Robin’s career background includes 8 years as a Senior Fundraising Director for a major health related non-profit organization.  During her tenure she supervised, trained and conducted workshops on sales and personal development.  She then switched gears and began her career in real estate sales and investing.  Acting on her entrepreneurial drive and desire for new adventures, she opened up a small real estate and property management company.  Through all of her career achievements and accomplishments the love for speaking and training resonated deep within her. 

She says, “I could not ignore my passion.  I decided to practice what I preach, follow my dreams and pursue the life I visualize.  My other career pursuits have guided me and paved the way for where I am now, but without a doubt I am here to teach, share, gather information and enlighten others.”

Robin’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Redlands and she is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.

Robin knows the importance of prioritization and creating a life of balance.  She manages the many facets of her life, which includes running around after a rambunctious toddler.  In her spare time, yes she does have spare time, she loves to read and take African Dance classes.  She is also looking to join a comedy improve group for a new adventure.
