"Right Brain-Left BrainTeamBuilding Workshops". Creativity, innovation, team building, leadership and out of the box thinking. These workshops are helping forward thinking organizations unleash their collective brilliance and achieve extraordinary results. This goes well beyond getting people out of the box. Beyond brainstorming. Beyond ideas and the fuzzy front end of the corporate innovative process. What ultimately happens in this training helps my clients establish inclusive, sustainable cultures of creativity and innovation, commitment and uncommon success. The two sides of the brain function differently in terms of how they process information. Left brain skills help people to function well in high tech environments, as they are adapted to analyzing things and introducing logic to a problem or challenge. Right brain thinking is more holistic and intuitive. Left brain thinkers respond well to verbal messages and find it easy to describe and define things whereas right brain thinkers respond better to nonverbal imagery. While left brain thinkers respond well to the meaning and context of words, right brain thinkers are more likely to respond to the actual phrasing and tone of sentences. In effect, skills develop within the left brain and values within the right. We will incorporate creative process and communication into every aspect of team building. I can help you put together an off-site or we can spend time in your offices. My workshops are creative, exciting and equalizing. Everyone walks away feeling like a valuable asset to the team - in turn creating team unity and empowering each player to give their best as a team "specialist". 2.
