Good Morning Gisella: Thank You for the wonderful event of yesterday. You really hit a home run this year. I know how much work goes into putting on an event of this magnitude and my hat is off to you and your team. I am in the process of organizing an event for the California Association of Health Facilities, which is a Annual Legislative Breakfast so I know the many hours of work it takes to put on such an event. Also, you need to be commended on your ability to keep such a close time schedule. You ROCK Gisella. Again my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for a wonderful event. My guest was extremely impressed with seeing so many dynamic ladies at one event.
Love & hugs, Hi Gisella, This was my first event with the entire 4You Network and it was Fabulous! I had a great time and everyone around me was pleased with the excellent service, food etc!!!! Thanks for doing such an awesome job. See you Monday,
Vicki
Thank you
very much. Carol First of all, Happy New Year to you all. I
think the opportunities and information provided by our membership is
awesome. I've found it helpful to kick off my new year. Since joining For You/NAFE in March of this year I've met so many wonderful women, that has inspired me to reach and achieve personal goals. I was going thru a terrible divorce and thru the storm I was encouraged and motivate to keeping going forward by this amazing sisterhood that I've come to love and appreciate, especially by my mentor Robbie Motter. I wanted to stop and give up but instead, I wanted to give more of myself to other women that where hurting as well. I located a woman and her three children that had become homeless and experienced a domestic violence relationship, so the ladies in our Beverly Hills network and other For You connections came together and did a fundraiser. This woman received a free glamour shot and make-over worth over $250 in pictures. It was amazing to see their smile. By my reaching out to help someone else allowed me to realize my purpose in life is not about me but what God has place me here for I am my brother’s keeper. Alina Estrada, For You Network/NAFE member A few months ago at the suggestion of a wonderful friend, I joined this amazing volunteer organization for women called For You Network. What a fabulous time I have had since joining this caring group of women. I used to be somewhat shy, reticent about asking for what I needed and simply felt awkward about talking about my business my talents which are my passion. It has always been easy for me to give of me to others, of my talents and of my time; but whenever I have needed in the past the need stayed within me. I would like you to know that For You Network sisterhood has changed my outlook on life, I have befriended women that are incredible, their attitude towards people and toward women especially, have helped me to open up to immeasurable opportunities. They are kind, helpful and so enthusiastic about everyone else achievements. It became really difficult to keep to myself, so I didn't even try. Through the encouragement I have received at For You Network my whole vision for my future has changed. I am now a certified seminar leader and an action coach specializing in career transitions. I have received so much from so many wonderful, nurturing women through For You Network that now it is my turn to give back; and I do so gladly by helping other women achieve their dreams. Laura Jorge Dear Robbie, “It’s All About Showing Up.” Is a main theme song in my head. I have so many testimonies to share them with. I have been s long time NAFE member. On one fine morning, I attended NAFE breakfast in Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood in 2005. That was when I met with Robbie Motter. On that same day, I signed up for For You Network members and Registered Diva. I became a Registered Real Estate Diva. And there is only one of that registered name. That information is in the internet and my associates can look up my name and find that information in the internet. To name the few of great experiences I had by “Showing Up,” I met with so many amazing people. When I went to annual “ Gotta Have a Heart,” my company was awarded “2006 Women Owned Best Small Business.” I was so grateful for that. I was nominated as “Rising Star” during 2007 Los Angeles Business Journal Award. How often do I get a chance like these? Not often I would say. I was honored to pose for the cover of 2006 For You Network magazine. That was a great experience and so much fun. I have to thank Robbie Motter for that one. “Thank You” is not sufficient to express my sincere gratitude. There are more testimonies to share them with. When I went to “Media Women Award” in Hollywood with other Divas and For You Network members, I won gifts and door prizes. I also met many Media people and local councilmen on that evening. When I attended a bowling party at the Universal Studio Bowling alley with other Divas and For You Network members, I was shocked at my self that I hit many strikes. I used to so horrible at bowling I used to get “zero” That was memorable. When I attended Ellen Degeneres show with other For You Network members, I had a great time moving and shaking with music and watched Ellen Degeneres in person. All attendees received W Hotel bath robe. The show was taped and I watched myself on TV a week later. That was really something to see myself on TV. When I attended another TV show taping in Riverside with other For You Network members, I had a great time. When I went to a music play called “Menopause” with Divas, the show was so fantastic and it was a memorable experience. After the show, we all went to Acapulco restaurant wearing Tierra and Boas, all the patrons at the restaurant looked at us but it did not bother us and had a bowl. When I attended RBN Boat Cruise in NewPortBeach with other Divas and For You Network members, we had so much fun and danced until feet hurt. That was a great party. And my testimonies will go on. Now I am honored to serve Glendale For You Network as a Director to make a difference. This is awesome. There is no way I can name all the great experiences I had and outstanding people I met in this limited space. I am a living testimony that “Showing Up” really works. None of these things would have happened to me if I did not show up. I don’t mean to show off or brag any of these things I mentioned, I truly want to convey to you that you just have to show up and experience the great things in life . I am indebted to Robbie Motter and All the Divas and For You Network members. I hope and pray that I can be utilized to encourage and to fuel other people’s passion to reach higher place and to enrich life experiences. Maybe, that is a lofty idea that I am aiming at. But, I have a burning heart to carry the torch. May God bless you beyond your wildest dreams! Respectfully submitted, Thanks so much for creating an easy to navigate, professional work tool, I can benefit from daily. The website is great! Providing Training Solutions for 16 years Dear For You Network Members: The magazine comes out mid October(the November issue) in the bookstores. I will have some copies as well...of course! I was pushing to be on the cover...we will see...I keep putting the word out that it has been my dream to be on the cover of a National magazine...it may come true! Leanne Sabo, Director, For You Network Long Beach I've found For You Network to be a great professional network for growing both my professional speaking and '"I'M A SENSATIONAL SENIOR!" T-shirt businesses. As a For You Network member, I was thrilled to be part of a "Success Team", led by Amy Frost and Lisa Cherney. They guided a group of eight For You Network Members through a 10 week course of exploration and connection with ourselves, each other, and our businesses. For me, it was THE stepping stone to my personal success path. The group continued monthly for 3 years and I truly believe it guided me to the awesome BeautiControl success I'm enjoying! (I'm driving a 2006 Ford Mustang)! Dear For You Network! Long Beach I belong to many organization but I was very impressed with your group. There was so much positive energies and very interesting, successful, intelligent women I can learn from.
I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for your invitation to the For You Network luncheon last week. Though I've been a member of NAFE on and off for 6 years or so, I've never been to one of their events. The invitation came at a time when I was having doubts about myself. I would much rather be in my office healing people instead of out promoting myself. But, as you know, we always need to promote ourselves! It was very good for me because going to events like this by myself have always been hard. I seem to always find some excuse not to go. Well, no more. Just being there was a huge step. I had a good time and got a lot out of it. It was a great confidence builder. I've made the commitment to be fearless each and every day. I will do at least one thing that is totally off the scale. I have and the results have been wonderful! So I just wanted to say thank you. One of my failings is that I don't say it enough. I believe that the small percentage of Americans who do know the words "thank you" only use them for the big stuff. Well, I'm trying to remember them for the small stuff too. May the day bring as many blessings as your heart can hold,
Redlands I just want you to know that after the first meeting of For You I was soooooo jazzzzed that I thought to myself, " If only I could have 30 more years what I could accomplish with the occasion of these fabulous ladies. You and the rest of the Director's need to be commended for all of your efforts and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can because I think you are all TERRIFIC !!!!!!!!!
Corona I wanted to let you know how much our "30-second commercial" exercise helped me to improve my opening. During the exercise I gained some important insight on how I could change my wording to make it more effective. My partner pointed out some things I had never thought about, and I reworked my wording to reflect her insights. On Thursday night I was approved for membership at the Association for Professional Consultant's meeting. I tried out my new "30-second commercial" and it was a major hit. In comparison, the other two new members who talked about themselves sounded boring and dull. (They hadn't learned the techniques I had.) As a result of my commercial, people came up after the meeting and wanted to know more about me and my business. It was wonderful. Thank you for sharing a valuable skill; it works!
Dear For You Network Executive Success Team!
